Search Residential Services

For MODERATE to SEVERE symptoms that can not be managed with a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or similar intervention.

Residential programs have 24/7 supervision. They may last for several weeks to several months or even longer. The focus is on skill-building, long-term recovery, and successful transition back home. Services are offered in a group home or treatment facility with "family" atmosphere. Programs vary based on the specific needs of the youth (mental health, substance use, developmental disability or learning disability, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTE! Most of the residential treatment programs that are listed below are located outside of Ramsey County. RCCMHC does not work with them as closely as we do with the Ramsey County agencies that appear on our other search pages. Because we have less direct experience with these residential programs, we encourage you to do your own research and talk with your case manager, therapist, or another trusted professional before making any decisions about placement.
