Mon, Feb 16Feb 16, 2026, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PMZoom(Ages 6-11) We'll use the the book "Catching Thoughts" to understand the thinking traps and to create an art project as a reminder of the power of positive thinking! CALM Tools for this month will be art supplies sent to your home before the program. Please register by Friday, February 6th!
Mon, Feb 16Feb 16, 2026, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PMZoom(Ages 12+) Teens will learn how to identify negative thinking patterns, practice coping skills, and create a CALM Tool that they can use to break down thinking traps! CALM Tools for this month will be art supplies sent to your home before the program. Please register by Friday, February 6th!

Tue, Mar 10Mar 10, 2026, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PMZoomRamsey County Crisis will join us to review the difference between a mental health crisis and an emergency and how to manage each of these. We'll practice strategies to manage aggression and agitation and discuss when/how to get help. Two adult caregivers per family can receive a $20 gift card.
