Everything is FREE and most are virtual. Participants receive gift cards, program related supplies or CALM Toolkit supplies.

    We'll discuss how to partner with your child's school and how to improve your child's learning experience as a general education student or as a student with a learning plan (504 or IEP.) Two adult caregivers per family can receive a $20 gift card.

    (Ages 6-11) We'll practice strategies related to friendship--- how to be a good friend, how to make friends, and how to fix problems with friends. Each child gets to choose free supplies for their CALM Toolkit.

    (Ages 12+) Teens will learn how to identify negative thinking patterns, practice coping skills, and use CALM tools to process their thoughts. Each teen gets to choose free supplies for their CALM Toolkit.

    We will discuss what parents can do when behaviors lead to missed time at school due to suspensions, early dismissals, or time out of the classroom. 2 adults per family can get free CALM toolkit supplies.

    (Ages 6-11) We'll do some art related to dreams, goals, and new year's resolutions. Supplies will be shipped to your home for use during the program if you register no later than November 24th!

    Join a community expert to learn how mental health is impacted when youth have chronic health conditions (asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, etc.), and how to support both of these needs. 2 adults per family can get free CALM toolkit supplies.

    Learn about common childhood mental health disorders, signs & symptoms, red flags/warning signs, treatments, and how to talk to children about their diagnoses. Two adult caregivers per family can receive a $20 gift card.

    (Ages 6-11) We'll use the the book "Catching Thoughts" to understand the thinking traps and to create an art project as a reminder of the power of positive thinking! CALM Tools for this month will be art supplies sent to your home before the program. Please register by Friday, February 6th!
