Ramsey County Children's Mental Health Collaborative

This Committee meeting is OPEN to all parents/caregivers in Ramsey County who have experience with children's mental health challenges. $20 stipend.

(Ages 6-11) We'll play some games and talk about how to beat boredom. Each child gets to choose free supplies for their CALM Toolkit. Stay tuned for more details as we plan this program.

We'll talk about rules, rituals and routines and how to visualize your calm home. And we'll practice strategies that you can use to increase the calm this summer. 2 adults per family can get free CALM toolkit supplies.
