a message not delivered, a message delivered late, or
a message that goes to the wrong number; or

ALL RCCMHC SERVICES ARE FREE AND VOLUNTARY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (for example, therapy.)
Information Sharing and Mandated Reporting
RCCMHC will not share your information without your permission. If you need us to share information, you will sign a form called a Release of Information. The only time that we might need to talk to someone without your signed Release of Information is if we think you or your child are in danger or if you say that you or your child are planning to hurt yourself or someone else. If that happens, we will do our best to get you help right away. This means that RCCMHC staff, interns or volunteers might have to consult their supervisor or connect you with emergency supports.
Gift Card Stipends, Tangible Tools and Raffle Prizes
We offer $10-20 gift cards for some trainings, resource events & policy work. You must be present for the full program to get a gift card. Only two adult caregivers per household may receive giftcard stipends for the same program. Youth giftcard stipends are only available for youth-specific programming. Gift cards are typically delivered by text message or email. We also deliver program-related care packages, calm kits, and tools such as yoga mats or fidgets. These are typically delivered by mail to your home (for example; Amazon delivers) or we will make arrangements for our staff or volunteers to deliver the item. RCCMHC can not guarantee that you will receive your gift card stipend, tangible tool, or raffle prize.
