Program Information
DETAILS
Culturally specific community housing programs within Ramsey County that provide a safe and encouraging environment for African-American adolescents and their families. Individual and group therapy will be provided for all youth and family therapy services will be made available.
TARGET POPULATION
Primarily focused, but not limited to African American Youth
Male adolescents ages 13-17
Diagnosed emotional and/or behavioral health concern as documented in a diagnostic assessment completed by a mental health professional in the previous 180 days
Experiencing symptoms and behaviors associated with youth’s emotional and/or behavioral health diagnosis that requires a level of supervision and support that can be safely and effectively provided in a non-secure home setting
Youth needing out of home placement for 30 days to 24 months
