Intensive Outpatient Program

• For anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma and substance use issues

• In-person and virtual options

• 3 hours/day, four days/week (to start)

• Separate teen (12-18) and young adults (18-25) groups

Partial Hospitalization (Day Treatment)

• For anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma and substance use issues

• Focus on positive identity/emotional expression/healthy relationships

• 20-30 hours/week; on-campus living option

• Separate teen (ages 12-18) and young adults (18-25) programs 

Residential /Inpatient Rehab

• For anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma and substance use issues

• Medical detox and 24/7 care

• Daily schedule of individual/group therapy, education and wellness activities

• Focus on emotional regulation/coping strategies/resilience/life skills

• Separate programs/dorms for teens (ages 12-18) and young adults (18-25)

Outpatient Mental Health Services

• In-person and virtual appointments

• Adolescent behavioral health specialists

• Mental health assessments

• Individual and family therapy

• Medication management
