This Committee meeting is OPEN to all parents/caregivers in Ramsey County who have experience with children's mental health challenges. $20 stipend.

Let's discuss brain/body connection, integrative and culturally responsive wellness practices, stress regulation, routines, movement, connection, spirituality, and other strategies that support wellbeing while highlighting summertime and "med vacations." 2 CEUs MN Board of Social Work

We'll talk about rules, rituals and routines and how to visualize your calm home. Stay tuned for more details as we plan this program! 2 adults per family can get free CALM toolkit supplies.
