Autism Supports & Services

Youth with Autism often have other diagnoses such as ADHD, anxiety or depression. We will discuss how to support them and how to access services such as Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI.) Families can select a tool for their CALM Toolkit. See more below.

Sorry! We've reached 100 families. Registration is now closed.

About the Event

Learn about autism and common co-occurring neurotypes and mental health conditions from a neurodiverse-affirming perspective. Explore the positives, identify some common struggles, and collaboratively discuss how we can support and empower our neurodivergent friends and family. Then learn about Minnesota’s EIDBI benefit, a package of services and supports offered through Minnesota’s medicaid program. Identify what it offers, eligibility, and how to access these services.

Revel Weber is a clinical social worker with years of experience supporting the neurodivergent community. She is an EIDBI provider, a certified expert and training leader in the DIRFloortime modality, and serves on the Department of Human Services EIDBI Advisory Group. As an auDHDer, someone with the combined autism and ADHD neurotype, and a parent to neurodivergent children, her lived experiences help her build a connection with the neurodivergent community she works to support and advocate for. Revel is committed to fostering environments where individuality is celebrated and growth is nurtured in both her work and home life.
