Reflective consultation is an opportunity to be still. It is a facilitated, confidential space for professionals to pause and think about the emotional and systemic complexity of their work. It is not supervision. It is not therapy. It is a structured space to reflect, strengthen practice, and reduce isolation.

Weekly drop-in format

One virtual group is hosted each week

Professionals may attend as often or as little as needed

Hosted by RCCMHC and led by rotating group facilitators
Each week, a different experienced healer or mental health professional facilitates the group. Facilitators come from various Ramsey County agencies and disciplines.
