Moodie Mondays is an online space just for Ramsey County youth/teens. You can be moody- or not- no judgment here!  It's a place for healing, belonging, and hope. It's a place to learn and share and make connections with other youth groups who support youth mental health. Best of all--- it's new so you can make it whatever you want it to be!

What will we do?

Each month, we'll have a special outreach topic related to mental health. We'll get together to watch a movie, do an activity like art or music... or maybe we'll deliver pizza to your home and then meet over Zoom for a virtual pizza party! We'll share what we know but we'll also listen to YOUR ideas and show you how YOU can make this world a better place for kids and teens with mental health challenges.
