About the Event
Gratitude improves relationships between friends and family. When practiced regularly, acts of gratitude can improve your physical and mental health. Â The Gratitude Jar is an activity grounded in appreciation that is proven to cause happiness. Taking account of the things that other people have done for you builds self-confidence and purpose in your own life. Secondly, feeling grateful to a higher power allows us to feel like we are not moving through this world alone and that something or someone is looking out for us.
