About the Event
Gratitude improves relationships between friends and family. When practiced regularly, acts of gratitude can improve your physical and mental health. The Gratitude Jar is an activity grounded in appreciation that is proven to cause happiness. Taking account of the things that other people have done for you builds self-confidence and purpose in your own life. Secondly, feeling grateful to a higher power allows us to feel like we are not moving through this world alone and that something or someone is looking out for us.
