About the Event

Nonviolent communication practices help translate negative self-talk into feelings and needs.  Learning to empathize with those feelings and needs can help us be more compassionate with ourselves and others.  By showing us how to focus on what we truly want rather than on what is wrong with ourselves and others, nonviolent communication gives us the tools and understanding to create a more peaceful state of mind.
