Program Information
DETAILS
Walk-in mental health services ages 6+ at Wilder Center Clinic without an appointment.
Adult ACT Team: Please call the clinic and speak with our ACT Team lead for details. We provide services in Hmong and Karen.
Youth case management- refer through Ramsey County
Psychological Assessments- only offered through internal referrals
Wilder offers care coordination services to all clients who would like it. They also offer family peer, mental health peer, and recovery peer specialist services.
