Program Information
DETAILS
Free parenting support and resource navigation. Families can self-refer.
To participate, you must:
Live in Ramsey County.
Be pregnant or have at least one child 17 years old or younger (not in foster care or receiving case management services).
Be experiencing some stress factors.
Some stress factors include:
Emotional or behavioral concerns (parent or child).
Limited support systems.
School/education concerns.
Chemical use concerns.
Parenting challenges.
Trauma exposure.
Homelessness/housing concerns.
Length of program: 3 to 6 months initially; can be active for up to 12 months
