Program Information

DETAILS

Mental Health And Disability Support

  • We have partnerships with the Saint Paul Public School District as well as Ramsey Head Start, and we can serve students who are enrolled in school districts within the same building. 

  • Intensive ABA (ages 0-5)

  • Care Coordination and Child and Adult Case Management.  

  • Transition to Adulthood Plan (TAP) for ages 14-26


Substance USe Disorder Services (ages 12+)

  • Fraser SUD is specially designed to serve individuals who have a substance use disorder and autism or other neurodevelopmental needs as well as parents/caregivers of children with autism or other mental health diagnoses

  • Comprehensive assessments

  • Peer support specialists

  • Individual and group counseling (in person at Fraser Bloomington or Virtual)


Day Treatment- IOP (mental health and disability)

  • Early Childhood ages 2-6

  • Pre-Adolescent ages 9-12

  • Adolescent ages 12-15 and 15-18
