Behavioral Health Clinic: 612-404-2600
The outpatient treatment program for Co-Occurring Substance Use & Mental Health Disorders provides assessment and treatment services to adults and adolescents ages 13 and up.
Youth Case Management and CTSS services are for ages 5 to 18
Canasta Familiar-Free Food Distribution
St Paul: Mondays from 4-6pm at 461 Maria Avenue, St. Paul.
Minneapolis: Wednesdays from 2-5pm at 777 East Lake Street, Minneapolis.
