EC Jam is an early childhood initiative of the Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative (SRFC.)
RCCMHC and SRFC partner together to support parents/caregivers of children (birth to age 6) who live in Ramsey County or who are affiliated with a school district in Ramsey County.

Families receive a free tangible tool or supplies related to the program.
