Minnesota's Early Learning Guidelines for Birth to 3

We are pleased to announce the availability of the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress: Minnesota’s Early Learning Guidelines for Birth to 3 (2007).  Please forward this announcement to distribution lists used by your agency or program.

This document was developed over the last two years with the support, input and feedback of many individuals, programs and agencies.  It is jointly sponsored by the Minnesota Departments of Human Services and Health.

Hard copies of this publication are available free of cost, while supplies last.  DHS can mail copies of the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress (ECIPs) for children birth to 3, and for children 3 to 5, though your program will be charged for the cost of shipping.  You may contact Mary Firth at DHS to request an order form.  Her email address is mary.firth@state.mn.us.

Hard copies are available to be picked up in person at DHS and through a variety of events statewide.  To arrange to pick up copies of the publication, or to be added to an email list announcing events where the ECIPs will be disseminated, contact Mary Firth at mary.firth@state.mn.us.

Thank you for your assistance in making the document available for use by parents, other caregivers and teachers, administrators and the broader early childhood community.
