Cultural Competence: To promote and monitor the growth and development of culturally-competent
and culturally-responsive mental health services for the families and children in Ramsey County.

Executive: To implement directions and the budget set by the Collaborative.

Fiscal: To manage finances of Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative.

Foundations for Success (formerly Early Childhood): To ensure a range of quality developmentally appropriate and culturally competent
early childhood mental health and wellness opportunities is available for all young children and their families in the Ramsey County community.
Life Skills: To promote quality life skills resources in Ramsey County.

Outcomes: To insure appropriate, accurate and timely collection and reporting of data concerning
Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative activities and outcomes.
