To coordinate and develop an integrated mental health service system for children, adolescents, and their families so that children and youth with complex mental health needs may achieve their maximum level of functioning for themselves, in their families, in their schools, and in their communities.
To provide an important decision-making role for parents and caregivers in planning services for their own children, and encourage active caregiver participation in RCCMHC decision-making and on working committees.
To increase system capacity for prevention and early identification / intervention, and to increase access and provide appropriate programs and services.
ELECTION TO THE RCCMHC GOVERNING BOARD
Nominations are now being taken for Collaborative members to serve on the Governing Board.
Individuals may also volunteer as candidates for election.
Elections will take place at the Collaborative Advisory Council meeting on December 12, 2014.
